I know everyone is posting about their homeworkouts (if you don't know, check out usatoday and dudewithsign). I've done lots of home programs, some of them MANY times, but it got to a point where I needed something new and different.
I'm not sure if it's what's going on with no school, staying at home, but I felt now called for something new, different, more challenging and that would kick my butt!
I'm on Day 3 and loving it so far. There are new moves, a new trainer (he swears, which, for right now, I don't know why, but having somewhere swear thru the TV and to get my ass down, to get up in the f*#king air... it just seems like what I need to get back to where I want to be with my fitness). But, with new moves comes with the feeling of what's it like to NOT BE ABLE to do a move... Of having to slow down so I can do it right... To accept that I'm going to fail A LOT at most of the workout.
And all of those feelings seem to be just what I need in my fitness right now to get me back to where I want to be. Maybe even better than where I was 6 or 7 years ago.
And yes, this is my first time using Sliders in a program...😂 Checkout my stories for more moves...
