When to sleep/nap? How long should they sleep? Sleep regressions, Why don't they want to nap? Etc...
I have had my fair share of sleep stresses. She didn't start sleeping through til 9 months. Some nights she would be up 10+ times 😮.
Just when things have been running smoothly for a few month nap times have gone crazy. She started to not want her morning nap but cat naps for her afternoon nap sometimes she will only sleep for 30 mins. Then she's tired around 5 in danger nap zone. Should she still have 2 naps?
What did your little one do/ did at 12 months?
